A wonderful sketch by Heidi is this weeks Friday Sketchers challenge and has given me another opportunity to try our more of the new My Minds Eye papers and stamps detailed in the post prior to this one.The Hero stamp set is a bit quirky but has a real appeal. I decoupaged the leaves and little birdie, anyhow I think he's a bird, stamping with versafine sepia and clear embossing powder onto the reverse of the DP. I lightly distressed the edges with Tim Holtz vintage photo and also embossed the flowers with detail clear to give them an enamel look. The oval mats were cut on the Cuttlebug using nesties.
