1938 Snow White Movie Tickets

A rare find, two unused numbered tickets, one adult and one student, from a Wednesday matinee showing of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs on April 27th, 1938--only 4 months after the movie's premiere at the Carthay Circle Theatre on December 21. 1937.

The adult ticket is for a center orchestra seat and cost $1.10. The student went for .55 cents. Each is from the Whittier Theater in Whittier, California. They measure 1.5"x3.5" and are single sided. Made of heavy card stock. Printed by the Globe Ticket Co., LA.
